Where Do I Store The Whitening Pens?
You should avoid storing the ShineBright Smile Gel pens in direct sunlight and avoid any heat. The gel pens can and should be kept in a refrigerator or somewhere nice and cool
When would you know the lighting tray is out of charge?
When the mouth piece is out of charge, the light at the mouth piece will flash 3 times in blue, during the charging process the light flashes blue, then once the mouth piece is fully charged the mouth piece will light up in blue.
Can ShineBright Smile be used with veneers, caps, implants, bridges, or bonded teeth?
ShineBright Smile is really safe to be used with veneers, caps, implants, bridges, or bonding. However, our whitening formula works to oxidize stains from natural teeth, although it will not whiten your restorations.
How long does it take to charge?
The lighting tray takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge, We highly recommend to charge your device 30 minutes prior to the first treetment
Is it safe to be used while pregnant or breastfeeding?
We advise that pregnant women wait until after delivery and breastfeeding before starting teeth whitening. We highly recommend consulting with your doctor prior to using ShineBright Smile Kit regarding any health concerns you may have.
How many times per day do I use it?
We suggest that if your teeth are fairly white you use it once per day, if your teeth are yellow we suggest that you use it 2 times per day.
What is the minimum age requirement?
We highly recommend for anyone below the age of 13 not to use our ShineBright Smile teeth whitening kit, "advised from medical professionals."
How many treatments do I get out of the gel pens?
Our ShineBright Smile Gel pens offer between 3-5 sessions out of each pen Although it depends on your personal usage.
How long will it take to see results?
You’ll see a noticeable difference in the colour of your teeth after the first application. For best results, we recommend repeating the treatment over 6 consecutive days and up to 14 days to achieve the ultimate whitening result. Note, results may vary between individuals, depending on the type of stains on the teeth and the structure of the teeth.
What are the difference between the 2 modes?
Both of these modes vary on the condition of your teeth. e.g. If your teeth are fairly yellow with deep stains you may need to use the blue mode for the first 15 minutes then the blue and red mode for another 10 minutes, if your teeth aren't deeply stained you may just need to use the blue mode for the first 15 minutes.
What are the main ingredients in our kit?
ShineBright Smile's dental-grade ingredients have been specifically selected to ensure maximum results with zero sensitivity. The following main ingredients are included: Propylene Glycol, Glycerol, Water, Hydrogen Peroxide (6%), Carbomer, Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Menthol, Sodium Hydroxide.
How to maintain your lightning tray.
We highly recommend that you rinse your lightning tray with warm water after every use. Once it has been rinsed, you then get a drying towel and remove any excess water. Once that has been done, it should be placed into its box. NOTE: Our device is IPX4 waterproof
How long does the lighting tray last for
Our ShineBright Smile lightning tray approximately lasts up to 4 sessions, although it does vary depending on your personal usage.
How do I know my teeth whitening session is over?
Once Your teeth whitening session as been completed your mouth piece will automatically turn itself off after the first 15 minutes, if you do wish to use the second mode it will automatically turn off after 10 minutes
